• Refunds: Processed within 2 days after approval. Refunds for in-store returns are credited to the original payment method.
• Sale Items: Non-refundable.
• Gifts: Gift returns receive store credit if marked as a gift at purchase. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
• Shipping: Returns must be sent to Indian Summer Office, Franschhoek, Western Cape, 7690, South Africa. Store returns are accepted but refunded via the website. Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Tracking: Consider tracked shipping for items over R2000.
