If you need delivery to be quicker do get in touch and we will make every effort to get your order to you in the time you need.
If you would like to pick up at any of other stores other than chelsea, please choose local pickup and send a message stating which store.
You will get an email when we get the order stating how long it will take to process and then another email with tracking no, and when it will be delivered.

You may exchange for another size, or send back for a full refund for any reason. As long as the goods are in the same condition as they left our stores.
You will receive a card in your package which you can just fill out.
Then send back to the address on the card, and we will process your choice.
The cost is for the customers account, if you would like to send to a postnet then choose Franschhoek and email us to let us know so we can look out for it.
Yes, you can. But if you request a refund it will be done through the office. If you wish to swap and we have that size in store you can do on the day. If we do not have that size we can organise for the store where it is stocked to send to you at our expense.
Once we have received the goods back and we are happy they are in the same condition as we sent them out, it will take 2 to 3 days.
*If your whole order is being refunded, we refund all the instalments that we have collected. For example if you have only paid your first instalment, then we refund that instalment and cancel the outstanding (still to be collected) instalments.
If part of your order is refunded, we first cancel outstanding instalments or edit their value to match the new transaction value after the refund is applied. Only then will we refund instalments that we have collected if you are owed more for the refund than you have already paid.
When a refund is processed each instalment is paid back the card that was used to make the payment.
