Refund policy
Please note: This Refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store. In-store purchases are subject to separate terms and conditions as printed on your receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days at your own cost for a full refund or exchange (size/colour).
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact. Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on) cannot be returned.
Please note: This applies to online sales only. No returns on sale items. Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days.
Returns made in-store will still be processed online, and the refund will go back to the original payment card.
Kindly note: This applies to online sales only. Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank and credit card account, as processing times may vary. If it’s still not showing after a few days, contact us at ashley@indiansummer.co.za.
Gifts
If marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift or shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.

For items over R2000, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
