Shipping policy

Nationwide: Flat rate of R117.60 (fuel surcharge).
Free shipping on orders over R900.

Orders are sent via courier and must be delivered to an address where someone can sign for the parcel. Orders ship within 2 days, and delivery time depends on your location and courier routes.

·       Orders placed before 11 a.m. ship the same day.

·       Orders placed after 12 p.m. ship the next day.

·       Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday ship on Monday.

·       If an item must be transferred from another store, allow an extra day—we’ll notify you by email.

International: Rates vary by destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

·       Cape Town: 2–3 days

·       Regional areas: 4–6 days

·       Remote areas: 5–7 days (you’ll be notified by email)
