This collection was created as a manual work-around to capture full-price items eligible for the WELCOME - 10%. Shopify cannot natively exclude a collection from a discount, i.e. sale items are overlapping and also listed in collections (brands) that are eligible for the Welcome discount. Condition "Compare-at price is not blank" = excluded (i.e., condition: compare-at price is empty/not set), which captures only full-price items.
